  Hiya I can really recommend these kennels.we have been using them for about 6 years now and thay are all lovely people who run and work there thay are just great with are to dogs freddie and Murphy and our dogs really like going there.thank you to all of you.see you soon.

  Our two dogs (Freddie & Murphy) have just spent a week at Bancroft. We were very nervous about leaving them as they are quite nervous in unfamiliar places...we need'nt have worried!! They went off happily with the girls and didn't even look back! After a week we picked up two very chilled, happy dogs. We had previously used the kennels a few years ago for our old dogs, and can honestly say they enjoyed it too! Fab kennels..we will definately be leaving our two little devils here again!!

  Our three dogs have been going to Bancroft for the past three years and they always return happy and healthy. The staff are very caring and professional. Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.
